Product Description

The offered Colloid Mill is a machine that is used to reduce the particle size of a solid in suspension in a liquid, or to reduce the droplet size in emulsions. It is used in the disintegration of solid particles or droplet size of a liquid present in suspension or emulsion. The machine consists of an inlet (which is subjected to a tremendous shearing action that effects a time dispersion of uniform size) and an outlet. The Colloid Mill is very durable.

Salient Features

Simple contraction permits the ease of cleaning. Normally, flushing of water or suitable solvent cleans the mill. If required. The operating parts can be easily dismantled for through cleaning or sterilization.
Feed Hopper, re circulation pipe and mouth hopper are supplied as standard with Colloid Mill.
Colloid Mill is available in water Jacketed model also. This version is recommended for processing materials, which generate lot of heat during milling operation and are sensitive to heat.
